Absolutely a joke. AnA the manager sucs at her job. Tell a customer I be here this day. I look at app n head that way n of course she not. Not first second third time. Done with this clown operation. FOLLOW UP Ana do not lie , I never once contacted anyone from that store! This negative review came about cause ur unprofessional actions. I understand you do not care about your client driving 25 min for a haircut and have to turn around n drive another 25 min bk. Multiple times this has happen where you were ON then suddenly your wait is 222 minutes. Frustration that a manager behaves like this. Accept the negative review and learn from it.

Well it's been a long time since I've been to a sports clips establishment and I was completely blown away by the service Leticia was my stylist and she is a very polit's young lady who had recently moved to Houston. Her service was professional and courteous An all around good experience. After my cut she informed me at no extra cost a shampoo was available and they do a hot towel wrap-around your face during the massage shampoo. She had told me that they just started including that in the price I was also impressed by the check-in process which most had already done so online I only had to wait 28 minutes although they were very busy. The service included a text message to your phone 15 minutes prior to your stylist being available. I would highly recommend this particular location for sports clip but if this is scalable to all of their locations then sports clip has come a long long way. I was also informed at no charge I am able to go in and get a trim of neck hairs et cetera in between cuts. Thumbs up to this company and to Leticia in particular Who was raised correctly by parents in Longview Texas because it's been a while that a young lady had such professional and proper manners. I wish all of them happy holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas and any others that they celebrate.

This was my fourth visit to the River Oaks location of Sport Clips. I have been impressed by previous experiences, but extremely disappointed in the service on this recent visit. The technician was Asian, with poor command of English pronunciation. I asked for the MVP, but that is not what I received. I doubt that I will re-visit this location.
